Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Service

Madeira Golf Week is a curated travel experience combining golf, accommodation, and local activities.

The experience is organized and operated by Mermaidmission LDA in collaboration with local partners.

2. Pre-Launch Phase

At the time of booking, Madeira Golf Week may be in a pre-launch phase.

This means:

  • Final accommodation details may vary
  • Exact schedules may be adjusted
  • Partner providers may change based on availability

3. Deposit & Refund Policy

A deposit of £99 is required to secure early access and priority booking.

  • The deposit is fully refundable at any time before final confirmation
  • If the customer proceeds with the booking, the deposit will be credited toward the final price

4. Pricing

The expected total package price is:

  • £1,500 per person for a premium 4★ stay
  • £1,800 per person for an upgraded 5★ experience

Final pricing will be confirmed after the pre-launch phase.

5. Minimum Participation

Each Madeira Golf Week requires a minimum number of participants.

If this number is not reached:

  • The experience may be rescheduled or cancelled
  • All payments will be fully refunded

6. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary, accommodation, or included services due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Operational requirements
  • Supplier availability

All changes will aim to maintain the overall quality and experience.

7. Optional Add-ons

Optional experiences (such as the Porto Santo golf day) are not included in the base package unless explicitly stated.

8. Liability

We act as the organizer of the experience and collaborate with third-party providers.

While we carefully select partners, we are not liable for:

  • Actions of third-party service providers
  • Personal injury or loss beyond our reasonable control
  • Force majeure events

9. Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for:

  • Travel insurance
  • Valid travel documents
  • Personal health requirements
